Engagement | Dustin & Ashlee

They say patience is a virtue and that was definitely true with Dustin and Ashlee’s engagement pictures. After three days ruined by bad weather we were finally able to get the session in, and it seriously could not have been a better day. Mid 70s, sunny with some clouds… PERFECT! I actually had to where something slightly warmer, because the shaded areas were actually pretty cool. We were on a time crunch too because Dustin and Ashlee are getting a signature album for their wedding, so this session was the last straw. They were an absolute blast to work with and were willing to try just about anything to get the perfect shot. The great thing with Dustin and Ashlee is that they looked good no matter what pose they were doing; whether we were standing in front of a barn, brick building, walking the street, or even posing in really random gardens with trash lining the buildings around it. And with their wedding just around the corner, this was perfect timing to get their shoot in especially with the weather being as nice as it was because I’m sure July will teach us the meaning of sweat. Anyway, as usual it was a great shoot, great day, great couple- everything about it was great. 🙂
