What a wonderful day for a wedding. The temperature was pushing a little too warm, but come one, I shot a couple outdoor weddings when it was over 100 degrees so having a day in the upper 80s is a vacation pretty much. 🙂 Of course, I’m not wearing a full tux and jacket so I know that doesn’t help out much. But unlike most hot Illinois days the shade provided a rather large temperature drop, so it was all good. The wedding looked fabulous and went so smoothly. Everything looked spectacular; the dress, the flowers, every detail was accounted for and lined up wonderfully. After the ceremony and fun pictures Natasha and I headed to the reception hall and we were immediately blown away by the presentation of the reception hall. I’ve done a good number of weddings at the Thelma Keller Convention Center but this was by far one amazing looking hall! The decor was created by Walnut Street Weddings and Billi Lou did a spectacular job with everything.
The reception hall looked beautiful, the music was the great, the service of the Thelma Keller Convention Center staff was, as usual, very top notch. And all of this combined made for one memorable wedding day. Blake and Jana were an absolute blast to work with and a huge congrats to the two of them!!
